Our whole bone in smoked pork shoulders, fully smoked and ready to eat. Approximately 4-5 lbs in weight. Sold as is, meat only. 

Reheating Instructions for Oven Method:

  1. Thaw pork shoulder in refrigerator overnight. 
  2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  3. Remove pork shoulder from the cryovac plastic.
  4. Leave it wrapped in the butcher paper.
  5. Place pork shoulder in a baking dish and heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
  6. Allow shoulder to cool approximately 15-20 minutes before pulling.
