We suggest at least 1/2 pound to 2/3 pounds of meat in total per person. We suggest a pint of any side to serve 2-3, a quart to serve 4-8, and a tray to feed 20-25. Our catering is pick-up only. To ensure a successful event we require a 48 hour notice for all catering orders. Please type in the pick-up date and time in the notes to seller section.
