We start with jumbo sized wings. The wings are marinated for 24 hours in a mild hot sauce and tossed and seasoned with our bird feed seasoning. We smoke the wings first and then finish them in the fryer to make them crispy. We offer the following flavors listed below:
- Dry Rubbed-tossed in our bird feed seasoning
- Texas Summer Heat-tossed in our spicy dry rub
- Zapped-tossed with our buffalo sauce
- Jammed-tossed with our jalapeno jam (pictured)
